Offered savoury and freshly cooked breakfast!

Had good-sized a twin room with a garden view and wake-up service was available in it. Central heating, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV worked well. The location was peaceful and perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from Mariahilfplatz. There was a good restaurant, a market and a bakery next door.

The staff was polite and the food was exceptional. Favourable location, the room was quiet, functional. Central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television were nice.

Great central location, close to major attractions and public transportation. Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Good Wi-Fi connection. Abundant and varied German breakfast.

Personnel of the hotel was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and tidy; the bathroom was very small. Breakfast was very good, with a good food variety. Location of the hotel was very good, 5 mins walk from the UBahn and 5mins, with the UBahn, distance to Marienplatz (center of Munchen). We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Parking space, in the private garage, for a fee/night.

Location is great, a short bus- or metro-ride away from the city center. The rooms are clean, pleasant and comfortable and of good size. The front desk staff is very friendly. There is a garage where you can leave the car at a reasonable price. Good choice for breakfast. Hotel is in a nice area (try out the Italian restaurant Falco around the corner, great service and decent food for fair prices, with a nice terrace).

The breakfast room is very cramped, and there are very few tables that accomodate a family or group of five. Charging for internet at this day and age is a bit cheap. And the one (very slow) computer with free internet access (20 minutes max) does not really change that.

the place was clean and staff were excellent, i loved good and magnificent location. there were silent & huge rooms with twin beds and windows at ground level-rooms, for example.

The breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety. The location was perfect, with easy and quick access to public transport and nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed the complimentary wine and chocolates in our room upon arrival.

The rooms were a bit small and outdated, and the pillows were not very comfortable. the price increased significantly during peak season.

This hotel is a great value for a small budget. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need during your stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in a quiet residential area close to the city. It provides a peaceful enclave just outside the center, giving you a break from the hustle and bustle of the city while still being conveniently located. The rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities and the beds are very comfortable. Plus, the breakfast included in the stay is a lovely way to start your day.

No negatives, everything was great.

Clean but a bit old-fashioned furniture. Helpful staff. Fairly close to the centre (3 metro stops). The metro station is within a few minutes walking distance from tne hotel. Breakfast OK although they could have a bit more vegetables available.

Oh dear! We had our room in a semi-basement facing a courtyard, and people were walking in front of our window. We had to keep the lights on and the curtains closed quite often. They should offer these rooms at a discounted price!
